Terms and Conditions

To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is mandatory for all digital bookings. Goolgowi Motor Inn accepts major cards including Visa and MasterCard. This card will also be billed for any outstanding balances upon your departure.
Arrival is welcomed from 2pm. While we strive to have rooms ready earlier, access prior to 2pm is not guaranteed. Departure is scheduled for 10am. Requests for early arrivals or extended departures are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

By confirming your booking, you accept personal liability for all accommodation fees and incidental charges. This includes responsibility for any property damage, loss, cancellation fees, or non-arrival penalties, as well as any associated debt recovery costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Adjustments or cancellations must be finalized at least 48 hours (by 2pm) before your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay to the recorded credit card.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

We maintain a strictly smoke-free environment. If evidence or odors of smoking are found within a guest room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file to cover professional steam cleaning of soft furnishings and linens.

ZERO TOLERANCE PARTY POLICY

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Guests must remain respectful and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. Gathering in large groups within guest rooms is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PET POLICY

Except for certified service animals, pets are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized pets will lead to immediate eviction and a $200 sanitization fee.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Registered guests are accountable for any damage to our property, whether accidental or intentional. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's credit card, and severe cases may lead to legal action.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or reallocate a room if a guest arrives intoxicated or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe of their estimated arrival. Owners are not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

REFUND POLICY

A full cancellation of a single-night stay within 48 hours of arrival is non-refundable. For multi-night stays cancelled within 48 hours, only the subsequent nights are eligible for a refund, excluding the first night. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days.

Anonymity

While we can occasionally accommodate anonymous stays, these cannot be booked in advance. Such stays require full upfront payment plus a cash bond, which is returned upon a clear room inspection at checkout.

Age Restrictions and Updates
